A two-bedroom, weatherboard house on a 32.3 perch section at 58 Stapletons Road, Shirley, was sold for $lO,OOO at an auction yesterday. The Government valuation is $5900. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan, of Binns, Barber and Keenan, Ltd. A two-bedroom house on a 32-perch section at the comer of Merlincote Crescent and Jetty Road, Governors Bay, was sold privately for an undisclosed sum before it was due to be offefed at auction by Livingstone and ComI pany.
