(N.Z.P.A. -Reuter— Cop yright) LONDON, Dec. 4. Charlie Chaplin, now 83, is preparing to make another film, “The Freak,” which he plans to direct himself, and in which he will have a small part. The leading roles will be played by Josephine and Victoria, two of his daughters by his fourth wife, Oona. Mr Chaplin, who lives in Switzerland, hopes to begin shooting some time next year, in England. It will be his first film since he made “A Countess from Hong Kong” about seven years ago, starring Sophia Loren and Marlon Brando. Mr Chaplin wrote and directed that.
