(N.Z. Preet Attociatlon) AUCKLAND, Nov. 17.

A new 4j per cent State Advances Corporation loan would be introduced by a Labour Government to aasist people buying a home, the party’s candidate for Remuera, Mr L. R. Stanton, said tonight.

The loan would cater for people who did not qualify for the present 3 per cent loan because they earned more than $5O a week.

Anybody earning less than $75 a week would be eligible for the loan with an extra $4 a week allowed for each I child in the family.
