Decrees nisi granted On undefended petitions for divorce presented to Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday decrees nisi were granted as follows, on the grounds listed: Adultery.—Noel Grant Hale, an industrial supervisor (Mr M. P. Boyce) v. Diane Margaret Hale (Mr B. A. Hunt) and Ken Fielding, a factory worker.
Separation agreement.— Harold Grant Wilson, a factory manager (Mr A. Hearn) v. Marion Dagmar Wilson; Susan Elaine Wilson (Mr Hunt) v. Ritchie Arthur James Wilson, a medical student, of Dunedin; Susan Elizabeth Wesley (Mr S. G. Erber) v, Charles Tahatu Wesley, a maltster; Elizabeth Louise Sewell (Mr A. Hearn) v. Charles Jameson Sewell, a company director.
