The folk of “Coronation Street” have become truly international now that “The Street" has begun screening from W.N.E.T. Channel 13 of the New York Public Television System. “Coronation Street” is probably the most popular i television serial in the world, [for it already screens in countries as far removed as i Canada, Holland,. Australia, 1 Gibraltar and, of course, New Zealand, where it ranks conIsiatehtly as one of the most | popular programmes screened each year. I In America “Coronation i Street” will be screening twice a week at the prime time of 10 p.m., and early next year it is due to begin I screening in Finland as well.
