Official Assignee. 3420 RANGIORA COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED APPLICATION FOR SANCTION OF LOAN NOTICE is hereby given that the Rangiora County Council proposes at its meeting to be held on Friday, November 3, 1972, to consider a motion to apply to the Local Authorities Loans Board for its sanction to the borrowing of the sum of $40,000 for the purpose of completing the construction of a sewerage reticulation and disposal system for Waikuku Beach urban area. The security for the said loan shall be a special rate of 2.04 cents in the $ on the unimproved value of all rateable property in the Waikuku Sewerage Special Rating area. It is not proposed to levy or collect the special rate but to meet the loan charges by a uniform annual fee. Any person having an objection to the proposed application is called upon to submit the same in writing to the Rangiora County Council not later than the day preceding the said meeting.
