Learning their way
Staff of the Canterbury Education Board — shown above — yesterday moved records and equipment to the board’s new building in Cranmer Square. The new premises have been built by the A.M.P. Society and will give accommodation for all the board’s staff and also the section of the Department of Education which deals with primary education. The building, on lease to the Education Board, will be opened on Tuesday, November 28. The Education Board’s old building. in Oxford Terrace, will be taken over again by its owners, the Christchurch Working Men’s Club.
