Talks on Kashmir

(N.ZP.A.-Reuter —Copyright) NEW DELHI, Oct. 13. Talks between Indian and Pakistani military commanders on the delineation of the new cease-fire line in Kashmir are expected to be resumed tomorrow, an Indian Defence Ministry spokesman said last night. The talks, which began on August 10, broke down last Sunday and a strong Indian statement later accused the Pakistani side of adopting delaying tactics. The Indian Chief of Staff (General Sam Manekshaw) had received a message from his Pakistani counterpart (General Tikka Khan) suggesting that the talks be resumed, said the spokesman.
