Civil defence seminar
A one-day seminar on the role of the armed services in support of Civil Defence will be held at the King Edward Barracks today.
It will be under the direction of the commander of the 3rd Infantry Brigade Group (Brigadier R. W. K. Ainge). Guest speakers will include the Regional Commissioner for Civil Defence (Air Commodore A. S. Agar) and the Government Seismologist (Dr R. D. Adams).
