Taiwan golfers enter
1 (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 11. The Taiwan golfers, Lu Liang Huan and Hsieh-Min Nan, will play the New Zealand circuit next month, organisers of the circuit said yesterday. Lu, the reigning French and Thai champion, also finished second in the British Open to L. Trevino last year. Hsieh-Min is well known on the Asian circuit, and he and Lu will represent Tai-
wan in the international Canada Cup tournament in Melbourne next month before coming to New Zealand. The P.G.A. secretary, Mr D. Sutton, said that both golfers have entered all events on the circuit, including the New Zealand Open at Paraparaumu Beach on November 23. Entries for the open close October 31. So far, 10 amateurs and 44 professionals have entered.
