Main events on the Canterbury Rowing Association’s 1972-73 calendar are:— November 4, mixed eights; November 12, Haberfield single sculls; November 26, open eights (Brighton bridge to Kerrs Reach). December 2-3. two-day regatta: December 9, sprint regatta. January 13, open eights (Estuarv to Kerr’s Reach); January 27-28, Canterbury championships. February 3. sprint or relay regatta; February 17, head-of-river eights. March 18, Kalapol regatta: March 24, closing day and final single sculling ladder.
