Terrorism
Sir, —To answer John J. Forster, what need has Israel of terrorists now? It has the land and possession is 99.9 of the law. While the Arabs bicker among themselves, it consolidates its gains and the world will one day forget they were Arab lands. Why besmirch its image by condoning terrorists when it can do more efficiently and officially what the Palestinian terrorists in their hit-and-miss and infamy cannot achieve and still present the world with the David and Goliath story all over again? Only this time we can hear Goliath’s side of the story as well.—Yours, etc.,
TERESA MACINTYRE. September 28, 1972.
