Dad paying in balls
The 20-year-old T. Pulman (Auckland) is costing bis father a small fortune in golf balls, by his continuing success tn the national amateur championship at Waitikiri. This is his first amateur,
and his father, who is president of the Auckland Golf Association, has to meet the cost of a dozen golf balls for his son qualifying, a dozen for every match he wins. So far, he Is four dozen balls in profit.
