NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by RONALD ARTHUR SEDGLEY of Christchurch for consent to the erection of three unit flats such use being a conditional use in Residential A under the Councils District Planning Scheme.
The property is situated at No. 401 Main North Road, and is located in the Residential A Zone. The legal description of the land is all that piece of land situated in Block VII of the Christchurch Survey District containing THIRTY-SIX AND TWOTENTHS PERCHES (36.2 perches) more or less being Lot 10 on Deposited Plan Number 11804 part Rural Section 243 and being all the land comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 508 Folio 248.
