NOTICE is hereby given that application has been made by RONALD ARTHUR SEDGLEY of Christchurch for consent to the erection of three unit flats such use being a conditional use in Residential A under the Councils District Planning Scheme.

The property is situated at No. 401 Main North Road, and is located in the Residential A Zone.
