“BRITAIN, HERE I COME."—This could well be the thought racing through G. R. Skudder’s head as he is about to score one of his two tries in the first All Black trial match at Athletic Park, Wellington, on Saturday. A left wing from Waikato, Skudder gained selection in the New Zealand touring team after being out of favour for three years. His only previous appearance for the All Blacks was in the second test against Wales in 1969.
