DOUBLE AT ORARI. —TOP: Totara Maid (outside) gets up in the last stride to snatch victory from the favourite, Trelay, in the Geraldine Cup yesterday. Meneleus was third and well clear of Elvin Spark (rails). Blazing Peak (outside) was fifth and Who Knows (middle) sixth. BOTTOM: In another battling finish Baltic Blue (inside) beats Audaciter narrowly in the Gordons Gin Handicap. Gee Tee was a clear third. The next six home were tightly grouped. Eastern Royal (white bridle) took fourth from Kurd Mahal, second from outside. Next from the outside are Grippie (sixth), Hombre (eighth). General Boy (seventh), Bosa Nova (tenth), and Libanson (ninth).
