MR JT. V. EVANS, stock and land manager of Dalgety New Zealand, Ltd, who has left for Porto Alegre in the Rio Grande Du Sol region of southern Brazil, where he has been invited to act as sole judge of the Romneys at Brazil’s first international sheep exhibition. Mr Evans has judged Angus and Shorthorn cattle at the celebrated Perth show in Scotland and he has also judged at the Royal Dublin cattle show. Other overseas judging assignments have included the All-American Angus show in Denver in the United States, the international Shorthorn show at Brandon, Canada, the Brisbane Royal exposition and similar events in South America and at Angus shows throughout Australia.
