PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO A CHANGE OF USE AND CONSENT TO A SPECIFIED DEPARTURE IN THE MATTER of THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1953, AND IN THE MATTER of An Application by PAUL G. SKERTEN and PETER G. SKERTEN, under the said Act. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that application has been made by PAUL G. SKERTEN and PETER G. SKERTEN, of Christchurch, for consent to a Change of Use of land hereinafter described and to a Specified Departure from the Provisions of the Paparua County Proposed District Scheme to permit this said land to be used for the purposes of a shop for the sale of groceries and dairy produce in conjunction with a dwelling and as more particularly detailed on the plan attached to the application.
