PAPARUA COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT TO A CHANGE OF USE AND CONSENT TO A SPECIFIED DEPARTURE IN THE MATTER of THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT, 1953, AND IN THE MATTER of An Application by PAUL G. SKERTEN and PETER G. SKERTEN, under the said Act. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that application has been made by PAUL G. SKERTEN and PETER G.
