OTAGO WINS AGAIN
Otago defeated North Otago, 26-13, on Saturday to extend its excellent Rugby record, but only after being held to 10-10 at half-time, the Press Association reports.
North Otago, a greatly improved team, flustered Otago in the early stages, with the former All Black. P. Guard, and the other backs running and tackling hard. The home forwards, too, were a match for the powerful Otago pack for much of the game. But Otago settled down in the fourth quarter and gradually gained control. Otago 20 (L. Clarke. L. Colling. M.
