Bungalow sold
' A three-bedroom weatherboard bungalow on a section of 24.8 perches at the corner of Mays Road and Bretts Road was sold for $9600 at auction yesterday. The Government valuation is $6300. The auctioneer was Mr C. M. Robertson of Sherris and Wilson, Ltd.
