Sideshow prices
Sir, —The August school holidays are almost here and all the show advertising will be upon us. A greater show this year, I believe! What concerns families most are the higher prices each year. Down south, I am told, it costs 60 cents to go on the big wheel. How much this year will the charges be? I would therefore be pleased if there could be special advertising of these prices before all the cover-up glamour starts if they want public support.—Yours etc., PAMELA HUGHES. July 10, 1972.
