TOWN HALL CATERING CONTRACT SIGNED.—The Mayor (Mr N. G. Pickering), the chairman of the Town Hall catering company, Town Hall Enterprises, Ltd (Mr F. J. H. Visser), and the manager of the new Town Hall (Mr B. P. Connell) during the signing of the five-year contract for catering rights yesterday. The catering concession will earn a minimum of $18,000 a year for the Town Hall Committee.
