This multi-millibn dollar private enterprise has an enviable record of growth and profit achievement from its vertically-integrated operations in retail through 32 branch stores, and in textile and garment manufacture, its plant and facilities are amongst the most modern in this country. It'is secure from take-over. The appointee is responsible for advising on business policy and practice, by supervising financial management of the group, and investigating and making recommendations on new ventures including capital projects. He is actively concerned with implementing some of these. He also oversees administration of the group through the secretaries of the member companies. Applicants must be qualified accountants of the highest personal integrity, and be practising members of an evangelical Christian denomination. We shall seek evidence of breadth of business perspective, sound be imaginative financial judg ment, and administrative flair. A starting salary in the range of $lO,OOO to $12,000 is envisaged, plus attractive pecuniary benefits related to performance. A car is provided and superannuation benefits apply.
