Bangladesh '4 pillars’
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) DACCA, July 21.
The draft constitution of the infant State of Bangladesh will be published in the first week of August.
British constitutional experts examined the draft recently. Public opinion on the draft which provides for a Parliamentary form of government, will be sought before it is placed before the Constituent Assembly for ratification. The document will reflect Sheik Mujib’s statements that democracy, socialism, secularism and nationalism would form the country’s four pillars of policy.
