Four farrmlets passed in

Four farmlets, ranging in size from 25 to 30 acres, were passed in when offered at auction at Tai Tapu yesterday. The properties, owned by Mr P. G. Cunningham (Tai Tapu) failed to reach reserve prices after bidding had reached 3975, $B4O, $760, and $690 an acre respectively. Wrightson-NMA in conjunction with Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd, were the agents. The auctioneer was Mr W. R. Flanagan. There were 46 persons at the sale.
