<N.Z. Press Association) PALMERSTON NORTH, July 17. Drysdale growers are to make representation to the Parliamentaiy select committee considering the proposed wool marketing corporation, asking for the retention of the existing Drysdale wool marketing system within the corporation’s framework.

Eighty North Island growers met carpet manufacturers’ representatives to discuss the trade requirements for wool production, and details of a proposed group breeding project. Drysdale wool fetches a substantial premium above normal crossbred wool.
