(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) HUE, July 16. The South Vietnamese Military Command in Hue today released casualty figures for the 19-day counter-offensive to recapture Quang Tri. It said that, so far, 5140 North Vietnamese had been killed, and 72 taken prisoner. A total of 81 tanks had been destroyed, and four captured. Government casualties were listed as 565 killed, and 2026 wounded.
