Attempted rape charge
A 15-vear-o!d youth has been charged with the attempted rape of an elderly woman in Wairakei Road, Bryndwr. on Thursday night. The youth was questioned by a detective and charged on Saturday. The alleged incident occurred after the woman's house was entered by removing louvres from a lavatory window. The youth will appear in the Children’s Court this morning
