BIG NELSON FIRE.—Thousands of dollars worth of carpet and furniture was lost when these two shops occupied by Keith Lummis, Ltd, in Hards Street. Nelson, were destroyed by fire. Front and back views of the premises are shown at the height of the blaze. The shops cost $30,000, but this is only a fraction of their replacement value.
