Ustashis subdued

(N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) BELGRADE, July 3.

The Belgrade security police have announced that they have partly destroyed a group of “Ustashi terrorists” —Croatian nationalists —who had illegally entered the country.

The Ustashis ruled a Nazi puppet State in Croatia during the Second World War. The brief police announcement says that the group consisted of “known criminals” who had entered Western Bosnia, and that local residents helped the police, who had killed most members of the group and were pursuing the others.
