Burnside IPs narrow lead Burnside II leads the Christchurch women’s squash rackets senior competition by one point from Sumner, after nine rounds. These two teams are well clear of third placed Christchurch 11, with 49 points. Results of Saturday’s senior matches were: University 0, Sumner 4.—R. Davies lost to M. Holland, 1/3; V. Dunstan lost to C. Rothwell, 2-3; L. Hamilton lost to M. Quince, 0-3; E. Andrews lost to' S. McDougall. 0-3. Christchurch I 3, Christchurch II I.—R. Woodhead beat P. Leopold, 3-1; A. Bettie lost to F. Rodgers. 1-3; B. Dewar beat B. Bowbyes, 3-2; L. Tomlinson beat T. Rushton, 3-1. Burnside I 0, Burnside II 4.— J. Burbridge lost to K. Graham, 0-3; N. Mann lost to M. Wasley, 0-3; J.
