Decrees nisi granted
On undefended divorce petitions presented to Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday, decrees nisi were granted as follows:—
Separation order: Sylvia Glenys Manhire (Mr B. A. Barrer) v. Bruce Prinn Manhire, a theatre manager (Mr N. A. Johnstone). Living apart: Mary Jean O’Connor (Mr M. P. Boyce) v. Cyril Leslie O’Connor, a driver, of Rakaia; Darcy Warwick Rose, a hospital patient (Mr J. B. Mackay) V. Lyndon Ruth Rose (Mr B. J. Drake); Irene Jean Shackley a schoolteacher (Mr J. G. Leggat) v. William Henry Shackley, a jeweller. Adultery: Eric James Tomlinson, a ’mtal mechanic (Mr Drake) v. Robyn Lorraine I Tomlinson, of Reefton, and David Michael Mclnroe, a mechanic, of Reefton; John Turner, a production manager (Mr D. H. Hicks) v. Berwyn Dell Turner, of Wellington, and Michael Leopold Frohlich, an account executive, of Wellington. Separation agreement: Yvonne Valmai Cooke (Mr Barrer) v. Rex Henry Cooke, a plumber; Roger lan McPherson, a geologist (Mr A. P. C. Tipping) v. Rosemary Frances McPherson (Mr Barrer); Lois Catherine Mary Anglem (Mr N. D. Thomson) v. Clinton John Anglem, a slaughterman; Julanne Wallace, whose name was changed by deed poll from Anderson (Mr Leggatt) v, Leslie John Anderson, a sales manager, of Wellington; Patricia Margaret Magee (Mr Leggat) v. William George Magee, an engineer stockbroker, of Toronto, Canada.
