No doubt on test
(N.Z Press Association; AUCKLAND, June 29. The Government had no reason to doubt that the first French nuclear test had already taken place at Mururoa Atoll, the Prime Minister (Mr Marshall) said after the caucus today. It was not surprising that no reports of fall-out had been received from monitor-' ing stations because radioactivity from such blasts was not necessarily immediately detectable, he said.
