(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 15. Wing-Commander M. H. S Innes-Jones has been appointed Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod. He succeeds Group Captain A. J. M. Manson, who has been associated with Parliament since 1937, when he was appointed Sergeant- atArms. Group Captain Manson became Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod when he retired from the position of Ser-geant-at-Arms in 1965.
