Plain cars better
The Minister of Transport (Mr Gordon) said in Christchurch on Wednesday that regardless of the increasing road toll the use of unmarked patrol cars had been a success. “We know that from our records—the plain car catches far more offenders,” he told the intermediate group of the CanterburyWestland branch of the National Party.
