EASTER MAILS
There will be no mail deliveries over the four-day Easter week-end. The closing time for outward mails will be as usual on all days except Good Friday and Easter Monday, when surface mails will close at 7 am. and airmails at 8 a.m. Street posting boxes will be cleared at 1 pm. on Thursday, March 30, and then daily at 9 pm. until Tuesday, April 4, when there will again be a 1 pm.

Post Office , counter services and the , Post Office Savings Bank will ’ remain open until 8.30 p.m. 1 on Thursday, March 30, and • will be closed over the weekr end, with the exception that ; postal and telegraph counters • at the Chief Post Office will - be open on Saturday, the t former from 8.30 am. to ) 1130 a.m. and the latter . from 8.30 a.m. to noon. The i toll exchange will be open as . usual.
