Ten wickets to bowler

A member of the Pacific Island Cricket Club’s third grade C team, A. EUsia, became the first player this season to take all 10 wickets in an innings. Playing against Burnside in the Suburban competition, EUsia finished with 10 for 24, and helped his side to a first-innings win.

Another bowler In the limelight was E. J. Pearce of the Merivale-Papanui third grade E team. He took six wickets on Saturday which gave him 102 wickets for the season.
