B. A. C. Hoban, captain of the Canterbury rifle-shooting team to meet Canadian team on Friday, top-scored over the two 308 yard shoots held by the Waiau Rifle Club. Scores were:—Hoban, 50.7, 50.4 (0) handicap—loo.ll; G. Bland, 46.3. 48.2, 4—98.5; R. Hammond, 45.4, 47.0, 2—94.4; K. Foster, 46.4, 47.4, 2—95.8
