WELLINGTON, March 7. Wright Stephenson, and Company, Ltd, has declared the offer made for the issued shares of the NMA Company of New Zealand, Ltd, unconditional.

Acceptances for 8,883,778 shares, or about 79 per cent of the issued capital, had been received.

The offer remains conditional only upon the passing of a resolution increasing the authorised share capital of Wright, Stephenson, and Company at the meeting to be held in Wellington March 9. The offer will remain open for acceptance until further notice. NMA shareholders who have accepted the offer will receive notice of allotment of Wright, Stephenson, and Company ordinary shares not later than April 4.
