Chirabha Onruang, who wrote this article on the recent British Royal tour of Thailand, was a member of the Thai press team which covered the visit. Miss Onruang has written a book about Queen Sirikit, and at a press reception she presented Queen Elizabeth, the Duke of Edinburgh, and Princess Anne with a copy each. Miss Onruang was awarded the New Zealend Federation of University Women's fellowship for 1957, and at the end of that year worked for a short time as a lournalist on "The Press."
