Lawyer struck off roll
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Feb. 23.
An Auckland lawyer has been struck off the solicitors’ roll for the mismanagement of trust funds. He appeared before the disciplinary committee of the Law Society in Wellington recently. The lawyer was suspended before Christmas. Prosecution will not be considered by the Law Society until the completion of investigations.
