WELLINGTON, Feb. 22. An announcement about the Royal Commission on Hospital Services might be made next week, said the Prime Minister (Mr Marshall) last evening. Speaking after a Cabinet meeting, Mr Marshall said that the terms of reference were settled but one or two matters relating to membership of the commission had still to be decided.
