Hazlett horses jump well at Waimate
Mr W. E. Hulett's horses ore on form but In o different sphere—show lumping.
At Knottlngly Park, Waimate his Grand National runner. Mosque, ridden by Miss J. Dunn, won his Improver class and was upgraded to C grade, while Bush Creek, also ridden by Miss Dunn, took the honours In the championship jump after defeating the crack North Island horse Llewellyn, ridden by Mrs N. Marr.
In the second Jump-off over raised fences, Bush Creek was again clear but Llewellyn had one rail down. A North Island horse Rozinante, ridden by T. Mclntosh, was third and Mrs A. McCully’s Mighty Tam (Temuka) was fourth.
