Jelly sherbert needs only a refrigerator and can be prepared in the time it takes a jelly to set. To serve 6 you will need: — 2 packets jelly crystals Cream Method: Prepare the jelly according to instructions and pour into shallow trays for setting. When firm break up with a fork and using an electric beater, beat until smooth, reserving a very small portion for decoration in cubes. Serve at once with whipped
