Cathedral Square
Sir,—So the Mayor intends making some improvements regarding Cathedral Square. Let us hope that he does slightly better than Mr Guthrey, whose election promise to “clean up the Square,” came to nil, which was the reason that he did not get my vote last time. Go to it, Mr Pickering. It certainly is not before time.—Yours, etc., POPEYE. February 21, 1972.
