Publicity for nurserymen
(N.Z. Press Association) TAURANGA, February 10. The Nurserymen’s Association plans to spend $25,000 on publicity this year. At the national conference of the association in Tauranga. delegates decided by a two-thirds majority to spend this amount of money on mainly a national advertising campaign to project the association symbol and to promote the products its members sell. The proposals will mean a subscription increase from $2O to $lO5 for the smaller nurserymen. For the larger nurserymen the increases will amount to $2lO for nurserymen in the middle brackets, and a $250 increase for the ! four, big firms.
