Mr Kirk in Dacca
(N.2.P.A,-Heuter—Copyright) ■ DACCA, Feb.lO. The Leader of the Opposition (Mr Kirk) has arrived in Dacca, the Bangladesh capital, on a three-day visit. He said on arrival yesterday, after spending two days in India talking to Government officials, that Bangladesh needed humanitarian assistance from all parts of the world to rebuild its shattered economy. During his stay, Mr Kirk will call on the Prime Minister (Sheikh Mujib Rahman) and tour some parts of the country.
