Young pop singer ill
( N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 30. Hay fever and throat i trouble have forced the! young Wellington pop singer,; David Cujtis, to abandon a: proposed tour of the North Island. He was to begin the tour at the Brooklands Bowl. New Plymouth, on New Year’s Day. There has been speculation in show business circles that his voice may be breaking. The 14-year-old singer was successful recently at the Yamaha song festival in Japan with his composition, “Take Your Leave.”
