A civil court in New York has ruled that a young unmarried woman cannot be evicted from her flat because sne engages in sexual relations there with her boy friend. The ruling was handed down by Judge Irving Younger in a case brought by the woman’s landlord, who had asked for her removal from the premises on the ground that she Was using them for illicit relations.
