Armstrong’s golf win
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. The New Zealand and Auckland soccer selector, K. Armstrong, eliminated the Auckland golf representative, R. White yesterday in the| first round of match play ini the Auckland summer golf] championship at the North: Shore course. Armstrong, off a seven handicap, beat White, 1 up. White, with Allan Snape, won the New Zealand amateur foursomes two years ago.
